The wine was vinified in a sweet way, revealing a fine and precise aroma, tempered by the strong presence of dried fruits, illuminated and seasoned by generous volatile acidity. A long, intense and spicy finish. A very rare wine.
Store and serve advice:
This wine was naturally aged in casks and bottled in its purest state. To show it at its best serve between 13ºC and 14ºC. It must be kept in a cool and dry place. This wine has been filtered and does not need to be decanted. It was bottled ready to drink and keeps well for several months after opening.
Pairing with food:
Delicious with desserts. It can be served with fruit, especially pineapple, fruit salad, rich cakes, strong cheeses or chocolate. It is also good with coffee as a digestif.
